Terms of Service

1. What creworks is

creworks ("the Service") is a workspace for content creators to manage brand sponsorship deals: pipelines, schedules, payouts, campaign files, and the performance of their own published content.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you store. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.

3. Paid plans

Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record: Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes, invoicing, and refunds under its own terms, which you accept at checkout — see our Refund Policy for when refunds are available. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time from Settings, and your plan stays active through the period you have already paid for. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

4. Connected platforms

You may optionally connect third-party accounts (such as TikTok or Instagram) to import statistics about your own published content. The Service only accesses data you authorize through each platform's official API, uses it solely to display and aggregate your own performance inside your workspace, and never posts, modifies, or shares content on your behalf. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which stops further collection.

5. Your data

Deal records, files, and statistics you store belong to you. We do not sell them or share them with third parties, except the processors required to run the Service (hosting, database, AI processing, and payments — listed in the Privacy Policy).

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to store unlawful content, attempt to access other users' workspaces, or disrupt the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Figures shown (including platform statistics and AI-generated drafts or summaries) are informational and may lag, differ from source platforms, or contain mistakes — review before relying on them.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
