Is there really a free plan?
Yes — deals, the board, the calendar and this month's money are free forever, with 10 AI messages a month. Pro adds the analytics, nightly content collection and a 300-message allowance.
Does the AI ever message brands for me?
Never. creworks ai drafts replies in your voice, and every workspace change it proposes renders as a card you confirm. There is no path from the assistant to your DMs or email.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. Data lives in Supabase (Seoul), the assistant runs on Anthropic — under our agreement your content is not used to train models — and payments are processed by Paddle. The full list is in our privacy policy.
Which platforms connect?
YouTube stats collect today. Instagram and TikTok connections are built and in platform review — they roll out to everyone the moment the audits clear.
How does billing work?
Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record — cards, local payment methods, VAT handled. Cancel anytime from Settings; you keep Pro through the period you paid for.
